The following policy applies to all consumers who have purchased products from the Company, Shirylinkers Marketing Pvt. Ltd., through its website, and have found the products unsatisfactory or different from the ordered ones. The policy has been formulated under The Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, Contract Act, 1872, Sales of Goods Act, 1930, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Shirylinkers Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality products to its consumers through direct sellers and Authorized C&F of the Company. In the event of dissatisfaction with the products, the consumer can avail of the following return and exchange policy to receive a refund.
The validity period for exchange/replacement/refund is 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
The product must be in its original and unused condition.
The product must have its tags on and must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must have no visible signs of use.
The consumer must inform the Company about the return of the product within 10 days from the date of receiving the product.
The consumer should not accept any open-box deliveries.
The return and exchange package must include everything that arrived with the package at the time of purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warranty cards, and other documentation.
The Company will not accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances
If anything is missing from the package received, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories, etc.
If the product is damaged due to misuse.
If any product has been used or its durables have been installed on your site.
If certain products have been tampered with or missing parts or serial numbers.
If the consumer has accepted an open box delivery, no request for return will be processed.
If certain products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene matters.
If the return request is made outside the specified time frame, i.e., after a period of 30 days.
Raise a request for return within 30 days of delivery if the purchased goods are found to be irrelevant. The seal/protection on the goods must be unbroken, and the goods must be in saleable condition.
Send an email to return@shirylinkers.com to raise a return request, along with the scanned copy of the original invoice and a stated reason.
The products must be returned to the original destination or the address proposed by the Company for accepting the return.
The Company will acknowledge the request within 48 working hours of submission
Do not return any product before receiving confirmation from the Company. If any product is returned without confirmation, the Company does not guarantee any credit or refund for that product.
After receiving confirmation, the consumer must send the product duly packed (…)
After receiving returned products, the Quality Check team will inspect them.
If approved as an eligible return, replacement or refund will be initiated.
If not approved, the same product will be returned to the customer.
The return issue will be closed within 7 to 10 days of receiving the product.
Payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking will receive a refund without any deduction
Refunds for payment made at the C&F Store will be made into the Authorized KYC account or Account details provided by the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days from the date of refund request.
The validity period of exchange/replacement is within 30 days of receiving the order/delivery.
If there are any problems with the order or any defects, the product can be exchanged.
External Damaged Packaging visible at the time of Order Delivery should be raised with the courier company immediately.
For internal damaged packaging, the exchange request can be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
If the consumer prefers a refund instead of exchanging the product, a mail needs to be sent to return@shirylinkers.com
The company's decision taken by the Quality Check Team will be final and binding.
Cash refunds are not allowed except for explicitly stated events.
The unused item with packaging should be returned.
a) For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking directly to the company- authorized account, you will receive the refund without any deduction into the source account within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receiving the products at the company sender address.
b) For the payment made at the C&F Store, you will receive the refund amount in your authorized KYC account or account details provided by you within 7 to 10 business days from the date of the refund request.
If you are unhappy with the product, the exchange of the product shall be governed by and subject to the Terms of use as well as the below elaborated Exchange Policy. Please return the unused item with packaging within 30 days of receiving your order/delivery.
If you notice that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered, we recommend not to accept the package and give your remarks on the courier delivery sheet/docket slip/courier receipt.
Raise a complaint with us immediately within 24 hours through return@shirylinkers.com
In such an event, kindly inform us with the details of your order. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will dispatch a fresh product to you.
After delivery of the goods, if the consumer finds any defect in the product's condition, then he/she can raise an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.

Along with it, the consumer shall also dispose off the damaged product and send a video of the same on above mail.
After receiving the mail, the company will process for shipment of the replacement product within 72 hours after giving the acknowledgment.
If the consumer received either Damaged External Packaging at the time of Order Delivery or Damaged Internal Packaging after Order Delivery: The consumer at his discretion, approaches the company for a refund instead of exchanging products.
In the mentioned scenario, the consumer needs to send a mail to return@shirylinkers.com and avail a request for a refund instead of the exchange of the product.
After receiving the request and after acknowledging the products at the Company warehouse within 7 days, the company can process the refund.
Please note that except for the events explicitly stated in this policy, you will not be entitled to any cash refunds as per our policy. A return will only be made in the form of credit to your Bank account. With respect to the products returned by you, the decision taken by our Quality Check Team shall be considered final and binding.
